Best CRM for Google Workspace (2026)
CRMs with first-class Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts integration — designed for teams that live inside Google Workspace and want their CRM to feel native.
Why Google Workspace integration matters
If your team runs on Google Workspace, the CRM you pick should respect that — not fight it. The day-to-day reality of a sales rep is composing, replying, and scheduling inside Gmail and Calendar. A CRM that requires constant tab-switching to log activity will get bypassed within a month, and the data will degrade.
The CRMs in this category solve that in one of two ways: they embed inside Gmail (NetHunt, Streak, Copper) so contact records and pipelines appear in the inbox sidebar, or they offer deep two-way sync (Salesflare, Nutshell, Pipedrive) so emails and meetings flow into the CRM automatically without manual logging.
What to prioritize
- Two-way email sync. Inbound and outbound emails should appear on the contact record without the rep doing anything. One-way "BCC the CRM" sync is a step backward — reps forget.
- Calendar sync with attendee linking. When you create a meeting in Calendar, the CRM should auto-attach attendees as activity on each contact's record.
- Gmail sidebar. Letting the rep see and update CRM data inside the email thread eliminates context switching.
- Drive integration. Proposals, contracts, and notes attached to deals — not floating in folders nobody can find later.
- Mobile. Google Workspace teams are usually mobile-heavy. The CRM's iOS/Android apps need to work as well as the web app.
What "deep integration" actually looks like
Take a hard test: send an email from Gmail to a brand-new prospect. Did the contact auto-create in the CRM? Did the email body and timestamp appear on their record? Does the next reply log itself? Does the meeting you scheduled with that contact appear too?
If the answer to any of those is "no" or "needs a manual step," the integration is shallow regardless of what the marketing page says. The CRMs below have been tested against that bar.
