What is Streak?

Streak is a CRM that runs as an extension inside Gmail. You track deals as boxes in pipelines with custom stages and fields, and emails are tagged with their pipeline and stage. Team email activity logs to each deal's timeline. It adds email and link tracking, mail merge, snippets, a thread splitter, dashboards and mobile apps, and AI features fill in data, answer questions in plain language and add "magic columns". It works in Chrome, Safari and Edge, and does not support Outlook.

Who is it for?

Teams that run their work from Gmail and Google Workspace and want deal tracking without a separate CRM app. Streak says 4,000+ companies and 750,000+ professionals use it. Teams on Microsoft 365 or Outlook cannot use it, and teams that need a dialer or complex automation should look at Close or Pipedrive.

Pricing

  • Free: email tools only: email and link tracking, snippets, mail merge (50/day), Streak Share, thread splitter.
  • Pro: $49/user/mo (annual) or $59 monthly, unlimited records, shared pipelines, custom fields, contact enrichment, mail merge (1,500/day), standard dashboards, standard API, 20 AI credits/user/month.
  • Pro+: $69/user/mo (annual) or $89 monthly, adds automations, Zapier and direct integrations, webhooks API, advanced report dashboards, priority support, 150 AI credits/user/month.
  • Enterprise: $129/user/mo (annual) or $159 monthly, adds custom roles and permissions, data validation rules, dedicated support, implementation, 500 AI credits/user/month.

A 14-day trial of Pro+ includes 1,000 AI credits. Prices checked on 6 October 2026.

Strengths

  • Works inside Gmail: pipelines and deal records appear in the inbox, so reps update the CRM without switching apps.
  • Email activity on deals: team emails log to each deal's timeline automatically.
  • Mail merge and tracking: Pro sends up to 1,500 merged emails a day with open and link tracking.
  • Free email tools: tracking, snippets and 50 mail-merge emails a day cost nothing.
  • Integrations: Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, an MCP server and the Allo phone system.

What to consider

  • Gmail only: no Outlook or Microsoft 365 support.
  • Automations, Zapier, webhooks and advanced dashboards need Pro+ at $69/user/mo.
  • Pro includes 20 AI credits per user per month, which limits AI use on the entry plan.
  • Custom roles and data validation are Enterprise features at $129/user/mo.
  • The Free plan has no CRM records, only email tools.

Bottom line

Shortlist Streak if your team lives in Gmail and wants pipelines and deal history without a separate CRM tab. Before buying, check whether you need automations or Zapier, since that moves you to Pro+.
