This policy describes the standard for publishing and updating WeekCRM. Older pages are being brought into line with it; a policy link does not certify that every historical claim has been rechecked.
Sources and claims
Use vendor pricing pages, product documentation and changelogs for verifiable product claims. Link the source close to a material claim or in a Sources section. Separate a vendor's claim, an editorial judgement and a result observed in a test. A summary of documentation is not a hands-on review.
A price comparison must state currency, billing period, seat type and minimums, required onboarding, material add-ons and the date checked. Compare equivalent payment terms. Promotional and negotiated prices need their own conditions.
Authors and automation
Team-authored material carries a WeekCRM editorial team credit linked to About WeekCRM. Individual authors or reviewers should only be credited with their agreement and a real contribution. We do not invent reviewer biographies, customer outcomes or screenshots.
Our news workflow uses automated collection and AI-assisted drafting, followed by an approval step before publication. Automation is not a source. Product claims still need evidence, and a draft's fluent wording does not establish accuracy.
Dates and corrections
Publication dates record when a page first appeared. Updated dates record substantive revisions. A source-review date records the stated review of sources; it does not mean the product was tested that day. Rebuilding the site must not refresh a page's editorial date.
When a material error is found, correct the affected text, summaries, tables and FAQ together. Add a correction note explaining changes that affect the reader's decision. Retain original publication dates and update the revision date.
Report errors through WeekCRM on LinkedIn with the URL and a supporting source.
Scores and recommendations
Our editorial scores follow the published CRM methodology and support-tool methodology. They are not aggregate customer-review ratings. Readers should inspect the criteria and sources, then assess whether those criteria fit their own requirements.
Commercial disclosures
WeekCRM is published by the team behind Craftt, which sells CRM implementation and migration services. Our own products, including Shuttio, Deduptio and AttiBooks, are labelled From the weekcrm team.
Affiliate links can earn WeekCRM a commission. Sponsored placements must be labelled; paying for placement does not make a product fact true or establish an independent review. Consider our commercial relationships when evaluating a recommendation, particularly for migration and implementation services.
