What is Apptivo?

Apptivo is a cloud suite of business apps that you switch on as needed: Sales CRM, Help Desk, Field Service, Campaigns, and others for projects, invoicing and supply chain. A mobile app, On The Go Apptivo, covers phones. The vendor says it serves over 200,000 companies in 194 countries. Its integrations page lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, PayPal, Google Workspace, Office 365, Dropbox, OneDrive, Slack, RingCentral and WordPress, plus a REST API.

Who is it for?

Small and mid-sized companies that run CRM, service tickets and back-office tasks in separate tools and want one login. The vendor names travel and hospitality, real estate, retail and wholesale, manufacturing, and utilities and energy. Teams that need a deep, specialised sales CRM should compare it with a dedicated one.

Pricing

Apptivo bills per user per month. Its pricing page returned a 403 error to our crawler on 6 October 2026, so we could not confirm current plan names or prices. Check apptivo.com/pricing before you budget.

Strengths

• We could not read current prices, so the real cost of a full setup is unconfirmed.
• Sales CRM is one app among many; check pipeline depth against a dedicated CRM.
• Mobile is a separate app; test it on your phones before rollout.
• The homepage does not state a total app count, so check that the apps you need exist.

Shortlist Apptivo if you want CRM, help desk and operations apps from one vendor. Get the current price per plan and per app from sales before comparing.
