What is Sellsy?

Sellsy is a business management platform with five modules: sales, invoicing, marketing, cash flow and electronic invoicing. A sales rep keeps contacts, opportunities and quotes with e-signature in the CRM, then turns a quote into an invoice in the same product. Marketing covers landing pages, email and SMS campaigns, automation and lead scoring. Cash flow adds bank synchronisation and forecasting. Sellsy now belongs to the TeamSystem group.

Who is it for?

Sellsy markets to freelancers, businesses with 1–5 employees, SMEs and mid-market companies with 6 or more, plus accountants and resellers. It suits French and European teams that issue compliant electronic invoices and want sales and billing in one place. Teams that need a deep standalone CRM or sales teams outside Europe should compare other tools.

Pricing

Prices are per user per month, annual billing, excluding tax. Every plan has a 12-month commitment. Monthly billing costs more.

• Sellsy also sells a Cash Flow module. Outbound SMS and email run on credits at €1 per credit.

Strengths

• CRM and invoicing in one product. A quote converts into an invoice, with payment reminders and online payment, so sales and finance work from one record.
• Marketing included. Landing pages, email and SMS campaigns, automation and lead scoring sit in the same plan family.
• Cash-flow forecasting. Bank synchronisation and automatic categorisation feed a forecast.
• Named integrations. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, GoCardless, Qonto, Pennylane and Make, plus 100+ apps in its marketplace.
• Support by tier. Essentials gets chat, Advanced adds phone, Enterprise adds an account manager.

What to consider

• All plans need a 12-month commitment, including monthly billing.
• The bundle costs roughly €20–€40 more per user per month than Sales alone, so check whether you use invoicing.
• User profiles are capped at 3 on Essentials and 10 on Advanced in the Sales & Invoicing grid.
• Prices are in euros and excl. tax.
• The site is built around the French market, including French e-invoicing rules.
