Zoho Campaigns now runs email, SMS and WhatsApp messages from one connected campaign workflow, according to Business Post. Marketing teams can send bulk WhatsApp campaigns using approved message templates, send trigger-based messages and add WhatsApp to automated workflows.

Email setup has fewer steps and shows clearer recipient counts before sending. A/B tests can compare subject lines, sender details and content. SMS gateway configuration is simpler.

Frequency capping now applies to all three channels, limiting how often one contact receives messages across campaigns. Zoho Campaigns also supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so compatible AI agents can prepare, segment, send and analyse campaigns from natural-language instructions. This works through supported integrations and configured permissions. The article gives no pricing, plan or rollout dates.
