A 10-person team pays $140 a month for Zoho CRM. That is the Standard plan, ten users at $14, billed annually. Three things move the bill from there: the plan tier, the billing term, and extras that Zoho's page doesn't price.

Prices are in US dollars per user per month, from zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html and the USD pricing data it loads, checked on 8 October 2026. The sources don't say whether prices exclude tax. Below are all three drivers with numbers, and three teams of ten that pay $140, $230 and $400 a month.

The seat price

Plan Annual billing Monthly billing Listed with the plan
Free $0 $0 up to 3 users; contacts, leads, deals, workflow rules, standard reports, mobile apps
Standard $14 per user $20 per user forecasting, custom fields, scoring rules, multiple pipelines, email insights
Professional $23 per user $35 per user Blueprint, inventory management, SalesSignals, validation rules
Enterprise $40 per user $50 per user Zia AI, custom modules, multi-user portals, sandbox
Ultimate $52 per user $65 per user Zoho Analytics BI, higher feature limits, extended storage

The features column shows where each feature is first listed. The sources don't spell out whether every plan repeats the ones above it.

For ten users on annual billing:

  • Standard: 10 × $14 = $140 a month, $1,680 a year;
  • Professional: 10 × $23 = $230 a month, $2,760 a year;
  • Enterprise: 10 × $40 = $400 a month, $4,800 a year;
  • Ultimate: 10 × $52 = $520 a month, $6,240 a year.

The free plan can't serve ten people: it stops at 3 users. Its email integration (IMAP, POP3, Gmail API, Graph API) is listed as not included; it starts at Standard. The comparison page also shows a Starter column, priced only in Indian rupees for our region, so we left it out.

The tier you need

Standard covers a pipeline team. It lists forecasting, multiple pipelines, custom fields and email insights, and workflow rules appear on every edition. Blueprint, which makes reps follow your sales stages, is first listed on Professional. Zia AI, custom modules and the sandbox are first listed on Enterprise.

Each step up costs ten seats' worth of difference:

  • Standard to Professional: +$9 a seat, +$90 a month, +$1,080 a year;
  • Professional to Enterprise: +$17 a seat, +$170 a month, +$2,040 a year;
  • Enterprise to Ultimate: +$12 a seat, +$120 a month, +$1,440 a year.

Standard to Enterprise is $260 a month, $3,120 a year. If your team chose Zoho for AI scoring or custom modules, price Enterprise. Comparing Zoho's $14 against another CRM's AI tier compares different products.

Monthly or annual billing

Monthly billing raises every plan's price. For ten users:

Plan Annual Monthly Extra per month Extra per year
Standard $140 $200 $60 (+43%) $720
Professional $230 $350 $120 (+52%) $1,440
Enterprise $400 $500 $100 (+25%) $1,200
Ultimate $520 $650 $130 (+25%) $1,560

Annual billing commits you for the year. If you are unsure about the plan, the extra $60 to $130 a month is the price of changing your mind.

What the page doesn't price

No fee is mandatory, and the page lists no onboarding charge. Four items still need a quote or a test:

  • Onboarding. Zoho sells optional paid onboarding and has partners. The sources give no price.
  • Data backups. Standard includes 1 free backup a month, Professional and Enterprise 2, Ultimate 4. Additional backups are paid; the sources give no price.
  • Edition limits. Workflow rule counts, custom field counts, API calls and daily export caps differ by edition. The sources give no numbers for them.
  • Setup time. WeekCRM's July pricing guide estimates a few weeks of one person's attention to configure modules, blueprints and automations. It gives no dollar figure.

Three teams of ten

1. Pipeline only: $140 a month. Ten reps track deals in one or two pipelines, use forecasting and email insights, and run basic workflow rules. They need no stage enforcement or AI. 10 × $14 = $140 a month, $1,680 a year.

2. Stages that reps can't skip: $230 a month. Same team, but deals stall because reps skip steps. The manager wants Blueprint to enforce the stages and validation rules to block incomplete records. 10 × $23 = $230 a month, $2,760 a year. That is $90 a month more than team 1.

3. AI and custom objects: $400 a month. This team sells installations and renewals, so it models them as custom modules. It wants Zia AI and a sandbox to test changes before they reach the reps. 10 × $40 = $400 a month, $4,800 a year, plus weeks of one person's setup time. If this team paid monthly, it would pay 10 × $50 = $500 a month.

What to check before you sign

  1. The plan that lists your feature. Find Blueprint, Zia, custom modules or BI in Zoho's feature list for the edition you plan to buy. Don't assume a lower plan has it.
  2. Billing term. Compare the annual and monthly totals above against how sure you are of the plan.
  3. Edition limits. Ask Zoho for the workflow rule, custom field, API and export caps of your edition before you build on it.
  4. Onboarding and backups. Ask for a written price for onboarding and for extra backups if you need either.
  5. Zoho One. WeekCRM's July pricing page lists a bundle at $37 per user a month for 45+ apps. We didn't recheck it on 8 October. It only pays off if your team adopts apps beyond the CRM.
