Vendasta lets partners set a reasoning effort for AI Employees that run on models with more than one level. Higher effort gives better answers but is slower and uses more AI credits. Partners set it under AI > Workforce > Configure > Profile > Generative AI in Partner Center or Business App.
Vendasta also lets partners delete custom tools they no longer use, after checking which capabilities depend on them. Partners can open the conversation or contact behind a "Jobs to be done" result in one click. The AI Employee Builder accepts voice dictation for changing prompts and capabilities.
Vendasta says AI Employees now switch to a retired model's fallback automatically. The message-length guardrail counts characters, so accented letters like ä and ü count once.
