Zoho launches Zia Chat for cross-app questions in plain language

Zoho launched Zia Chat, a conversational AI layer, at its Zoholics user conference in Chennai. Users ask one question in plain language and get a single answer drawn from across the business.

The source's example is a sales manager who wants to know which deals have gone cold. Instead of three logins, several filters and a spreadsheet, the manager gets the answer from the CRM, support desk and finance system in one place. Zia Chat arrived alongside seven industry-specific applications.
