A team of ten pays $140 a month for Zoho CRM Standard and $200 a month for HubSpot Starter at list price, billed annually. That covers pipelines and email, but not sequences or forecasting on HubSpot. When the team needs HubSpot Professional, the gap grows to $670 a month, and HubSpot adds a one-time fee.

Below are both price lists and three teams of ten priced on each CRM. Zoho prices are in US dollars from Zoho's USD pricing data, recorded on 7 October 2026, because Zoho's HTML page showed no plan prices when we checked it on 17 October 2026. HubSpot prices are from hubspot.com/pricing/sales, checked 17 October 2026.

The seat price

Zoho CRM:

Plan Annual billing, per seat Monthly billing, per seat 10 seats a month, annual 10 seats a month, monthly
Free $0, up to 3 users $0 not available for 10 not available for 10
Standard $14 $20 $140 $200
Professional $23 $35 $230 $350
Enterprise $40 $50 $400 $500
Ultimate $52 $65 $520 $650

Monthly billing costs 43% more on Standard ($20 against $14), 52% more on Professional ($35 against $23), and 25% more on Enterprise and Ultimate.

HubSpot Sales Hub:

Plan Price per seat a month 10 seats a month One-time onboarding
Free $0, up to 2 users not available for 10 none
Starter $20 list; the page leads with $7 a seat, billed annually $200 at list; $70 at $7 none shown
Professional $90 billed annually; $100 paid monthly on an annual commitment $900 annual; $1,000 monthly $1,500
Enterprise $150 $1,500 $3,500

HubSpot's $7 Starter price is a promotional rate shown beside the $20 list price. The pricing page doesn't say what Starter costs at renewal, so budget at $20 until HubSpot confirms it.

Onboarding fees

HubSpot charges a one-time onboarding fee on Professional and Enterprise. It is $1,500 for Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise, and the page states both as required.

Zoho CRM's sources list no mandatory fees on any edition. The fee-free comparison is the main reason Zoho's year-one cost stays close to its year-two cost.

Credits and usage

HubSpot meters some AI and automation features in HubSpot Credits. Starter includes 500 a month, Professional 3,000 and Enterprise 5,000. The page describes credit packs and pay-as-you-go but gives no prices for either.

The sources give no credit allowance for Zoho CRM.

What each plan includes for a sales team

Zoho CRM Standard includes multiple pipelines, sales forecasting and email integration. Professional adds Blueprint process enforcement and validation rules. Enterprise adds Zia AI and a sandbox.

HubSpot Starter includes up to 15 pipelines and up to 50 workflows with restricted triggers and actions. Professional adds sequences, forecasting, deal progression and conversation intelligence. Enterprise adds deal splits, Lead Form Routing and a standard sandbox account.

The Zoho sources don't say which edition includes cadences, so check that before choosing a Zoho plan for outbound sequences.

Three teams of ten

1. A pipeline team on entry plans: Zoho is $60 a month cheaper

Ten people track deals across pipelines, sync email and run basic follow-up workflows. They need no sequences and no forecasting beyond the standard reports.

Zoho CRM HubSpot
Plan Standard, 10 × $14 Starter, 10 × $20 list
Seats a month $140 $200
Onboarding none none
Total a month $140 $200
Total a year $1,680 $2,400

At HubSpot's $7 promotional seat price, Starter costs $70 a month and $840 a year. That is $70 a month less than Zoho Standard. Price the year at list, because the promotion is the only reason HubSpot wins this team.

2. A team that needs stage rules and sequences: Zoho is $670 a month cheaper

Ten people need validation rules and Blueprint on Zoho, and sequences and forecasting on HubSpot. HubSpot's sequences and forecasting require Professional.

Zoho CRM HubSpot
Plan Professional, 10 × $23 Professional, 10 × $90
Seats a month $230 $900
Onboarding none $1,500, one time
Year one $2,760 $12,300
Year two onward $2,760 $10,800

The monthly gap is $670, or $9,540 in year one. If the team pays monthly, Zoho Professional costs $350 a month and HubSpot Professional $1,000.

3. An AI and sandbox team: Zoho is $1,100 a month cheaper

Ten people use AI scoring and need a sandbox for testing changes. Enterprise is the plan on both CRMs.

Zoho CRM HubSpot
Plan Enterprise, 10 × $40 Enterprise, 10 × $150
Seats a month $400 $1,500
Onboarding none $3,500, one time
Credits included not stated 5,000 a month
Year one $4,800 $21,500
Year two onward $4,800 $18,000

The monthly gap is $1,100. The year-one gap is $16,700. HubSpot's 5,000 credits must cover AI use across the team. The page gives no price for extra credits.

Where each one is cheaper

  • Zoho CRM is cheaper for a pipeline team at list price: $140 against $200 a month on the entry plans.
  • HubSpot Starter is cheaper only at its $7 promotional seat price: $70 a month, against $140 on Zoho Standard. Price it at list to test the decision.
  • Zoho CRM is cheaper once the team needs Professional or Enterprise: $230 against $900 and $400 against $1,500 a month, before HubSpot's onboarding fees.
  • HubSpot is cheaper for no team of ten in these scenarios. It becomes the better choice when the team already runs HubSpot Marketing Hub or HubSpot's credit allowance covers the work.

What to check before you sign

  1. HubSpot's onboarding fee. Add $1,500 for Professional or $3,500 for Enterprise to the first invoice.
  2. HubSpot's renewal rate. Confirm the Starter price at renewal if the promotional rate is part of the budget.
  3. HubSpot credits. Count the workflows and AI actions per month against 500, 3,000 or 5,000 credits, and ask for the price of extra credits.
  4. Zoho's edition for sequences. Confirm which Zoho edition includes cadences before choosing a Zoho plan for outbound work.
  5. Zoho's currency. Zoho's pages can show local currency by region. Confirm the USD price on the page you budget from.

Check the pricing pages on the day you budget. The Zoho CRM pricing page and HubSpot pricing page track the changes we report. If the team moves from Zoho to HubSpot, the Zoho CRM to HubSpot migration guide and the migration checklist cover the steps.
