Pipedrive is downsizing across all locations as part of a major restructuring, according to ERR News. The changes reduce the number of teams, management layers and offices. CEO Paulo Cunha told employees in a letter that most current positions and functions will be affected.
Pipedrive employs nearly 800 people, about half of them in Estonia. Each employee will have an individual conversation within two days to learn whether their role is at risk. Äripäev reported that the company is closing its Portugal office. Pipedrive has not confirmed whether its Tallinn and Tartu offices will stay open.
Cunha said Pipedrive will focus on core CRM functions and on the quality and reliability of the service. The company is also building an AI sales system that records calls, keeps data current and suggests next steps. He said the restructuring does not aim to cut costs with AI or replace staff.
