Pipedrive now lets Nova, its meeting intelligence tool, suggest which CRM fields to update after a call. Nova bases the suggestions on what was discussed in the meeting. Users review them and click approve.
Nova already joins calls, writes a recap and produces a full transcript. The field suggestions are the new part.
The feature is included in all Pipedrive plans at no additional cost. Teams that want fewer manual field edits can try it on their current plan. The announcement does not say which fields Nova can update or list supported regions and languages.
