A team of ten pays $390 a month for Pipedrive and $350 for Attio, if it buys the plan most teams start on and pays annually. That $40 difference is the smallest gap you will see between the two. Each CRM charges extra for different things: Pipedrive for add-ons that capture and market to leads, Attio for credits that workflows and AI spend, and for the eleventh seat.
Below are both price lists and three teams of ten priced on each CRM. All prices are in US dollars, billed annually unless marked, and were checked on 7 October 2026 at pipedrive.com/en/pricing and attio.com/pricing. Pipedrive prices exclude VAT.
The seat price
| Plan | Annual billing, per seat | Monthly billing, per seat | 10 seats a month, annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive Lite | $14 | $24 | $140 |
| Pipedrive Growth | $39 | $49 | $390 |
| Pipedrive Premium | $59 | $79 | $590 |
| Pipedrive Ultimate | $79 | $99 | $790 |
| Attio Plus (up to 10 seats) | $35 | $44 | $350 |
| Attio Pro | $79 | $99 | $790 |
Pipedrive Lite is not the like-for-like plan. It has no email sync and no automations: both start on Growth. Attio Plus syncs one mailbox per user and runs workflows. For a sales team, compare Growth with Plus.
Pipedrive charges per seat whether someone uses it or not, so an unassigned seat still costs $39. Annual billing saves 20% on Attio, and between 20% and 42% on Pipedrive depending on the plan. Lite has the largest gap: $14 against $24.
The eleventh seat
Attio Plus stops at 10 seats. The eleventh person moves the whole workspace to Pro. Pipedrive has no seat cap on any plan.
- 11 people on Pipedrive Growth: $429 a month.
- 11 people on Attio Pro: $869 a month.
Ten people on Attio Plus pay $350. One hire adds $519 a month on Attio and $39 on Pipedrive. A team of eight or nine that expects to grow should compare Pipedrive against Attio Pro, not Plus.
What each one charges extra for
Pipedrive sells add-ons. Five are on the pricing page, each listed with a starting price:
| Add-on | What it does | Starting price a month | Included in |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadBooster | Chatbot, live chat, web forms, Prospector lead database | $32.50, per company | Premium, Ultimate |
| Projects | Project boards after the deal closes | $16 | Premium, Ultimate |
| Smart Docs | Quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signature | $32.50 | Premium, Ultimate |
| Campaigns | Email newsletters and marketing automations | $13.33, priced by subscribed contacts | none |
| Web Visitors | Shows which companies visit your site | $41; $49 / $99 / $299 for up to 200 / 500 / 2,000 identified companies | none |
Pipedrive's pages give the starting price but not always the full table. For Campaigns, the price for more than the smallest tier appears only on the billing page, where a slider sets the subscriber count from 1,000 to 100,000 in steps of 1,000.
Premium bundles three add-ons, but for ten people it is not the cheap way to get them. Growth plus LeadBooster costs $422.50 a month; Premium costs $590. Buy Premium for what else it adds: lead routing, custom lead scoring, AI email writing, required fields and permission sets.
Attio sells credits. Workflows and AI draw on a shared pool of workspace credits: 1,500 a month on Plus, 10,000 on Pro. Each person also gets seat credits for Ask Attio, the built-in assistant: 500 a month on Plus, 1,000 on Pro. From Attio's help centre:
- triggers, conditions and lookups in a workflow are free;
- each block that writes data or calls an integration costs 1 credit per run;
- an AI attribute that summarises a record costs 1 credit per record; a web-agent attribute that researches a company online costs 10;
- AI blocks inside workflows are priced by tokens, so their cost varies.
When the pool runs short, an admin adds a monthly top-up:
| Top-up | Annual billing | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| +5,000 credits a month | $70 | $85 |
| +10,000 | $120 | $150 |
| +25,000 | $260 | $330 |
| +50,000 | $475 | $595 |
Attio's help centre says that if the workspace runs out of credits, access is suspended until the credits renew on the billing date. Pipedrive has no equivalent meter: it caps how many automations are active (50 on Growth, 150 on Premium, 250 on Ultimate) and how often they run (10,000 executions per company every ten minutes), but it does not bill per run.
Sequences are a plan question on Attio: they are Pro only. Pipedrive includes nurture sequences from Growth: 5 on Growth, 25 on Premium.
Three teams of ten
1. A pipeline team: Attio is $40 a month cheaper
Ten people log deals, sync their mailboxes and run two automations: a new deal creates a task for its owner, and a won deal posts to Slack. The team opens 150 deals and wins 40 a month.
| Pipedrive | Attio | |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Growth, 10 × $39 | Plus, 10 × $35 |
| Seats a month | $390 | $350 |
| Usage | 2 of 50 automations | 190 of 1,500 credits: 150 tasks + 40 Slack posts |
| Extras | none | none |
| Total a month | $390 | $350 |
| Total a year | $4,680 | $4,200 |
On monthly billing the totals are $490 and $440. Attio stays cheaper as long as the team stays at ten people and inside 1,500 credits.
2. Lead capture, a newsletter and sequences: Pipedrive is $354 a month cheaper
The same team adds a web form and chat on the website, 300 inbound leads a month, a monthly newsletter to 1,000 subscribers, and follow-up sequences for new leads. Each inbound lead runs a workflow with six paid blocks: create the person, create the company, create a deal, assign an owner, create a task, post to Slack.
| Pipedrive | Attio | |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Growth, 10 × $39 | Pro, 10 × $79 (sequences are Pro only) |
| Seats a month | $390 | $790 |
| Lead capture | LeadBooster, $32.50 | not on the plan: a separate form tool, not priced here |
| Newsletter | Campaigns, from $13.33 for 1,000 subscribers | not on the plan: a separate email tool, not priced here |
| Usage | sequences: 1 of 5; automations: 3 of 50 | 1,990 of 10,000 credits: 300 × 6 + 190 |
| Total a month | $435.83 | $790 + two outside tools |
| Total a year | $5,229.96 | $9,480 + two outside tools |
The gap is $354.17 a month, about $4,250 a year, before Attio's two outside tools. A team that can live without sequences can stay on Attio Plus: 1,990 credits is 490 over the 1,500 included, so it adds a +5,000 top-up for $350 + $70 = $420. Plus also limits sending to 1,000 emails a month, so the newsletter alone would use the whole allowance if it went out from Attio.
3. AI on every lead: Pipedrive is $460 a month cheaper
A sales-led team with 1,000 inbound leads a month, 500 new deals and 120 won. Every lead is researched automatically, every account gets a score, and calls are recorded and summarised.
On Attio the team is on Pro for sequences and call intelligence. Each lead runs the six-block workflow (6 credits) and gets a web-agent attribute (10 credits): 16,000 credits. Deal workflows add 620. An AI attribute that re-scores 5,000 accounts a month adds 5,000. That is 21,620 credits against 10,000 included. The +10,000 top-up falls 1,620 short, so the team buys +25,000.
On Pipedrive the team is on Premium for lead routing, custom scoring and company enrichment. LeadBooster is included. Meeting intelligence, with a brief before each meeting and a transcript of each call, is on every Pipedrive plan.
| Pipedrive | Attio | |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Premium, 10 × $59 | Pro, 10 × $79 |
| Seats a month | $590 | $790 |
| Lead capture | LeadBooster, included | separate form tool, not priced here |
| Usage | automations: well under 150; custom scores: 1 of 5 | 21,620 credits against 10,000 |
| Extras | none | +25,000 credits, $260 |
| Total a month | $590 | $1,050 |
| Total a year | $7,080 | $12,600 |
The two are not doing identical work. Attio's web agent researches each company online and writes the answer into a field. Pipedrive Premium fills company fields such as industry, size and revenue, and its usage-limits page lists 100 data enrichment credits on Premium and 500 on Ultimate without saying whether that is per month or how to buy more. A team that enriches 1,000 leads a month should ask Pipedrive before it signs. If it needs Ultimate for the larger allowance, Pipedrive costs $790, still $260 less than Attio.
If the team needs neither sequences nor call intelligence, Attio Plus with a +25,000 top-up costs $350 + $260 = $610, $20 more than Pipedrive Premium.
Where each one is cheaper
- Attio is cheaper for a team of up to ten that needs email sync and light workflows and no sequences: $350 against $390.
- Pipedrive is cheaper once the team needs sequences, because Attio puts them on Pro at $79 a seat while Pipedrive includes them on Growth at $39.
- Pipedrive is cheaper when automation volume is high, because runs are not billed. Attio's cost rises with every lead a workflow touches.
- Pipedrive is cheaper from the eleventh seat: $429 against $869.
- Attio has no add-on menu to compare against LeadBooster or Campaigns. Forms and newsletters come from other tools and other invoices.
What to check before you sign
- Headcount in 12 months. Above ten, price Attio Pro, not Plus.
- Sequences. If the team needs them, the Attio comparison is Pro at $79.
- Credits. List each Attio workflow, count the blocks that write data, multiply by runs a month. Add 10 credits per record for each web-agent attribute.
- Add-on prices for your size. Pipedrive shows starting prices. Open the billing page in the trial to see Campaigns at your subscriber count and Web Visitors at your traffic.
- Enrichment allowance. Ask Pipedrive whether the 100 or 500 enrichment credits reset monthly and what extra credits cost.
- Outside tools. If Attio needs a form tool and an email marketing tool, add their invoices to the Attio column.
- Billing term. Annual billing saves 20% on Attio and 20–42% on Pipedrive, and commits you for the year.
