A 10-person team pays $390 a month for Pipedrive Growth, billed annually at $39 per seat. That comes to $4,680 a year. Two things move the bill from there: the plan you pick, and any add-ons you buy on top of it.
Below are the plans, the add-ons and billing terms, with numbers, and three teams of ten that pay $140, $390 and $590 a month.
Prices are in US dollars, billed annually, and exclude VAT. They come from pipedrive.com/en/pricing, checked on 10 October 2026.
The seat price
| Plan | Per seat per month, billed annually | Per seat per year | 10 seats per month | 10 seats per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | $168 | $140 | $1,680 |
| Growth | $39 | $468 | $390 | $4,680 |
| Premium | $59 | $708 | $590 | $7,080 |
| Ultimate | $79 | $948 | $790 | $9,480 |
The pricing page lists no free plan. It offers a 14-day trial, and no plan has a seat minimum or a seat cap in the text we checked.
Lite lacks two things sales teams often buy a CRM for. The page lists email sync and automations under Growth, not Lite. Lite has pipeline management, lead and calendar management, AI-generated reports, 500+ integrations and meeting intelligence.
Growth adds full email sync with tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, and a meeting scheduler. Premium adds lead routing with LeadBooster, custom scoring, AI email tools and e-signatures, plus required fields, formula fields and custom reports. Ultimate adds account security rules, a sandbox account and extended phone support.
Premium costs $20 more per seat than Growth: $200 a month and $2,400 a year for ten people.
The add-ons
Lite and Growth take add-ons. The pricing page lists five, each with a "starting from" price:
- LeadBooster: from $32.50;
- Projects: from $16;
- Campaigns: from $13.33;
- Web Visitors: from $41;
- Smart Docs: from $32.50.
The page does not say whether these prices are per seat, per company or per month. Check the add-on's own page before you budget.
Premium's feature list includes LeadBooster lead generation and routing. The page does not list Projects on any plan card. If the LeadBooster starting price is per seat, Growth with LeadBooster costs $390 + $325 = $715 a month for ten people. That is $125 more than Premium at $590.
Annual or monthly billing
The pricing page shows annual prices and says annual billing saves up to 42%. The text we checked does not print monthly prices.
WeekCRM's background notes list $24, $49, $79 and $99 per seat per month for Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. For ten seats that is $240, $490, $790 and $990 a month. The $24 Lite figure gives the page's 42% saving, so the notes look consistent with it. Confirm the monthly prices on the pricing page before you budget on them.
The implementation fee
The pricing FAQ says implementation is free when you sign up for a plan over $400 a year. Every plan clears that for ten people, so a 10-seat team pays no implementation fee on the basis the page gives.
Three teams of ten
1. Pipeline and manual logging: $140 a month. Ten reps on Lite track deals, leads and calendar events and log email by hand. They use no automations and no email sync. Annual billing gives $1,680 a year. The team that buys Lite to save money needs Growth once it wants automated follow-up, which costs $250 a month more for ten people ($390 − $140).
2. Email sync and automation: $390 a month. Ten reps on Growth sync their inboxes, run automated follow-ups and use forecast reports, with no add-ons. $390 × 12 = $4,680 a year. Adding LeadBooster at its starting price, if that price is per seat, takes the team to $715 a month.
3. Lead routing and contracts: $590 a month. Ten reps on Premium route inbound leads, send contracts for e-signature and use custom scoring and formula fields. The team has no add-on to buy because Premium includes LeadBooster lead generation. $590 × 12 = $7,080 a year. Growth with LeadBooster would cost $715 a month, so Premium is the cheaper route for this team.
A team that needs account security rules or a sandbox account needs Ultimate at $790 a month, or $9,480 a year.
What to check before you sign
- Email and automation. If the team needs inbox sync or automated follow-up, price Growth, not Lite. Lite lacks both on the page.
- Add-on units. Ask Pipedrive whether LeadBooster, Projects and the other add-ons are billed per seat, per company or per month before you add them to the total.
- Billing term. Annual billing is the lower price. The pricing page says it saves up to 42%, and the background figures put monthly billing at 71% more on Lite.
- Plan features. Compare the feature list on each plan card with your team's needs. Growth and Premium differ by $20 a seat, or $2,400 a year for ten people.
