Helply Pricing Explained (2026)
Helply, formerly Groove, costs $49 to $449 a month with unlimited users. Seats are free, so the credits your AI work uses decide the real bill.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49/mo | monthly; annual billing is 15% cheaper | unlimited users, 500 to 32,000 credits, shared inbox, unlimited knowledge base articles and basic reporting |
| Pro | $199/mo | monthly; annual billing is 15% cheaper | unlimited users, 2,000 to 32,000 credits, plus CSAT surveys, SLAs and custom reports |
| Scale | $449/mo | monthly; annual billing is 15% cheaper | unlimited users, 4,000 to 32,000 credits, plus skills-based routing, audit logs and HIPAA compliance |
| Enterprise | Custom | custom | Custom price; contents are not published, so ask Helply what is included |
Three prices, one real variable
Helply's plans look like a standard good-better-best ladder, but the seat count, which usually drives help desk pricing, drops out. Every plan has unlimited users. The variable that matters is credits, the unit Helply uses to bill AI work.
For most teams, that changes the buying decision. Plan choice comes down to which features you need: SLAs and CSAT surveys at Pro, skills-based routing, audit logs and HIPAA compliance at Scale. The monthly total then depends on how many credits your AI agents use.
Where the tiers actually land
| Starter | Pro | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month | $49 | $199 | $449 |
| Users | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Credit range | 500 to 32,000 | 2,000 to 32,000 | 4,000 to 32,000 |
| Shared inbox | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| CSAT surveys and SLAs | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Skills-based routing | — | — | ✓ |
| Audit logs and HIPAA | — | — | ✓ |
| 12 months at monthly billing | $588 | $2,388 | $5,388 |
| 12 months at annual billing (15% off) | about $500 | about $2,030 | about $4,580 |
The user row is the unusual one. In seat-priced tools, engineers, account managers and founders who need to read a thread each add a paid seat. Here they cost nothing, so a 4-agent team and a 40-agent team pay the same plan price. The comparison with a per-seat tool gets better as your team grows.
Monthly, annual and the trial
The listed prices are monthly. Annual billing takes 15% off and pools credits across the year, so a quiet month does not waste its allowance. Prices were checked on 6 October 2026.
The 14-day trial includes 1,000 credits and needs no card. That is enough to run a real inbox through Helply and see how many credits an ordinary week uses, which is the number you need before choosing a tier.
AI: credits, with published costs
Helply bills AI work in credits and publishes what each kind of work costs: 1 credit for a draft or summary, 4 for a task touching one or two systems, 12 for a multi-system investigation. A Support Agent talks to customers, background agents (Churn, Knowledge, Revenue, Feature Request, Insights) watch conversations and act, and an Assist Agent helps human agents investigate and draft replies.
That structure ties cost to work done, and it is also where the bill becomes less predictable. A thousand full investigations use 12,000 credits, well inside the 32,000 ceiling but far above the 500 credits at the bottom of Starter. Estimate your task mix before assuming the plan price is the whole cost.
The feature gates
Two gates are worth pricing before you sign. SLAs and CSAT surveys start at Pro, so a support team with response-time commitments pays $150 a month more than Starter. Audit logs, HIPAA compliance and skills-based routing start at Scale, $250 a month above Pro.
Teams in regulated industries should treat Scale as the starting point rather than an upgrade path. Enterprise pricing is custom, and its contents are not published.
Who should and should not buy this
Helply fits support teams that want AI to resolve part of the queue and would rather pay per unit of AI work than per seat. It is aimed at teams replacing Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout or Freshdesk, and it covers email, chat, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and Discord. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Jira, Notion, Snowflake and BigQuery.
It fits poorly for teams that need a fixed monthly cost, because the bill depends on how much AI work you run. It also needs care from teams with established workflows in the earlier product, since the rebuild may not match them one to one.
Before buying, run your monthly conversation volume through Helply's pricing estimator and check which credit tier you land in. Confirm current rates at helply.com before budgeting.
What the pricing page doesn't show
- AI work is billed in credits, so the monthly bill follows usage. A draft or summary costs 1 credit, a task touching one or two systems costs 4, and a multi-system investigation costs 12. A thousand full investigations use 12,000 credits.
- Each plan spans a credit range (500 to 32,000 on Starter, 2,000 to 32,000 on Pro, 4,000 to 32,000 on Scale), and the tier you land in depends on your volume. The $49, $199 and $449 figures are the listed plan prices, so run your conversation volume through Helply's pricing estimator before budgeting.
- SLAs and CSAT surveys are not on Starter. A team that needs them moves to Pro, which is $150 a month more.
- Audit logs, HIPAA compliance and skills-based routing start at Scale, $250 a month above Pro.
- Helply is a rebuild of the earlier product, so workflows and features you rely on today may not carry over one to one. Check your must-haves during the trial.
