Live Agent fixed an agent status bug in version 5.70.3. Agents who updated to 5.69 could not go online when their browser phone device had no phone. The fix is tracked as issue #27828.
Live Agent also fixed the Anthropic AI agent model picker. It offered claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929, which Claude Managed Agents rejects. The change is tracked as issue #27985.
The release also includes refactorings and other fixes, tracked as #28323. The changelog does not list them.
