Method CRM's October 29, 2026 release adds two capabilities. Method AI in the App Builder screen chat can now create new screen functions. Loop Through Grid can also use on-screen values, including unsaved edits, for editable grids.

The release also improves the Items List layout, including grid sizing, tab order, spacing and button styling. Method CRM fixed the Items List's large gap above the grid and blank space left by hidden columns.

Several data fixes are included. Syncing a customer to Xero could delete additional contacts and their emails, and that is now fixed. Unsubscribing a contact could opt out other contacts, and exporting multiple record IDs from the Audit Trail returned an error. Inventory adjustments beyond the QuickBooks limit now show a warning instead of syncing incorrectly.

What it means

If you use Method CRM. Teams syncing customers to Xero or inventory to QuickBooks get fixes for deleted contacts and wrong inventory syncs. Unsubscribe actions no longer risk opting out other contacts.

What to do. If you synced customers to Xero before this release, check that their contacts and emails are still complete.
