HighLevel adds a Loop action to Workflows that repeats a set of actions for each item in a list or each number in a range. Under Loop Over, users pick a list of items or a range of numbers. Inside the loop, Custom values > Loop Item maps the current item's fields into any action.
Range loops set a Start Number and an End Number, and the panel shows how many times the actions will run. Execution Mode runs iterations one after another by default. Turning on Parallel runs several iterations at the same time.
The Test tab shows every iteration, each action inside it and its status. Only actions inside the dashed loop box repeat. Actions below the box run once, after the loop finishes.
