LiveAgent released version 5.69.6 with four bug fixes. Call transcription no longer stays in progress forever when the account's only AI provider is not OpenAI.
SSO and OAuth agent logins are now recorded in login history. Before this fix, they did not appear there.
Email tickets keep the beginning of long text messages, which were previously cut off. New chats also no longer show chat 1's messages, because a UUID was being cast to a number.
