HighLevel now lets a workflow send one contact into every branch it matches. The new Router action checks each branch and runs every match, one after another, from left to right. If/Else stops at the first matching branch.
Router has three branch types. Custom rules run when their conditions match, Always run executes for every contact, and Fallback runs only when no other branch matched. Users set conditions under Only continue if.
Users reorder branches by dragging them in the Branches list. Test workflow shows each condition as Passed or not, with the reason and the contact's actual value.
