Dixa now lets its Mim AI agent answer customers on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and SMS. Teams select the channels in automation settings. Mim uses the same knowledge base, custom instructions and procedures on every channel, with no separate setup.

Dixa also added PDF support for Mim. Mim can read and respond to PDF attachments such as receipts, warranties, authorisation letters and product manuals. The feature is opt-in, so teams choose where to turn it on.

Dixa's Q1 2026 roadmap also brought SLA tracking in automations and webhooks, now generally available. Conversations as a data source is in beta, and automated redaction of credit cards, IBANs, emails and phone numbers is in early access.
