Dixa has opened a beta of Mim, its AI voice agent that answers phone calls, to existing Dixa customers. Mim finds the caller's real order or account, makes the requested change and reads it back to confirm.

If a call needs a person, Mim hands it over with the caller already verified and the problem already written down. Dixa says customer data is not used for training.

A new page covers what happens when Mim cannot help, how the EU AI Act applies to AI on voice, and how to join the beta. New prospects can book a demo from that page. The source gives no general availability date or pricing.
