Dixa has made a promise-detection sub-agent generally available for its Mim AI agent. The sub-agent checks Mim's work. If Mim promises something it cannot deliver, the sub-agent prompts it to follow through. If Mim still cannot, the conversation is flagged for a human agent.
Other Q2 releases include a native Rivo integration, now generally available, that shows loyalty status, points balance and VIP tier inside a conversation. An automation agent that adds summaries, tags and routing is in beta. A per-conversation sentiment score is in early access.
Mim voice foundations are in beta, and Dixa calls voice the main Q3 focus. WhatsApp usernames are built but delayed until Meta rolls out the feature.
