HighLevel lets AI assistants build and debug workflows via MCP

HighLevel now lets AI assistants work with workflows through the LeadConnector MCP server. The feature is in private beta and works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools.

Assistants can find, read, build, update, publish and delete workflows. They can also read execution logs that show which steps failed and why, and count enrollments, completions and failures per step by hour, day or week.

New workflows save as drafts, and publishing is a separate request. Deleting a workflow is permanent and stops everyone currently in it. Only sub-accounts enabled for the Workflows API can use this, and others get WORKFLOW_API_NOT_ENABLED_FOR_LOCATION. Agency connections covering several sub-accounts are rolling out.

If you use HighLevel. Teams using an AI assistant can check failed workflow steps and enrollment counts without reading logs by hand.

What to do. Ask HighLevel support to join the private beta, and confirm your sub-accounts have the Workflows API enabled.
