HighLevel now lets users ask an AI assistant about their automations directly inside Workflow Maps. The assistant explains what a workflow does, summarizes a folder, and finds workflows by name. It can also review issues and show a workflow's connected assets.

From the map, the assistant can filter or highlight workflows and folders. It can create folders, move workflows, rename them and add notes. It can also build or edit workflows from a plain-language description, and those builds run as background jobs.

Users review proposed changes with approval controls before they apply. Deletions and whole-map rearrangements still need confirmation, even when automatic approval is on. The assistant works within each user's access permissions. Saved views store filters only, not zoom, position or layout.

Workflow Maps is available only to agency users and agency admins at launch.
