HighLevel now starts workflows from Google Sheets with four new triggers. Workflows can start when a new spreadsheet is created in a selected Drive, when a row is appended to a sheet or tab, when an existing row is updated, or when a new worksheet is added.

The triggers suit lead intake, status-based follow-ups and monthly reporting. Users add them under Automation > Workflows by selecting Add Trigger and opening the Google sheets category. The row triggers also need a Sheet (Tab) selected.

The updated-row trigger does not fire for new rows. Google Sheets is marked Premium, so premium usage charges may apply. Inserting rows in the middle of a sheet can retrigger rows at the end, and deleting rows can cause later new rows to be skipped.
