HighLevel workflows can now start from Slack activity through five new instant triggers. They fire on direct messages to the Slack app, users joining or invited to a channel, @-mentions of the app, new messages in a selected channel, and emoji reactions on a message. Teams can route requests to a triage channel, post onboarding messages when teammates join, or alert reviewers when a message gets a reaction.

To set one up, go to Automation > Workflows, open a workflow, click Add trigger, search for Slack, and select a connected Slack account. Then choose the channel or filters where applicable. For mentions, add the Slack app to the channel first.

The triggers are Premium. The direct message trigger only listens for messages sent to the Slack app (bot). Channel lists include public and private channels visible to the connected Slack user.
