Vendasta now lets partners check and control every AI Employee in Partner Center and Business App. Each AI Employee is scored against three built-in jobs: Information Issue Resolved, Inquiry Answered and Lead Captured. Each job has chat and voice variants and shows "On target," "Below target" or "No results were found," based on the last 30 days of conversations.
Guardrails apply rules to AI replies or visitor messages. The five types are message length, custom rule, personal information, blocked words and safety. Guardrails work only on text channels, not voice employees.
Vendasta also adds AI-assisted editing and version history. Users press "Modify," describe a change in plain language and approve the proposed edit before it goes live. Every update is logged in History, and one click rolls back to an earlier version.
