ServiceNow made its Arc personal AI agent generally available, according to a ServiceNow LinkedIn post. Arc runs everyday tasks on local models. That lowers inference costs and keeps more data on the device.
ServiceNow says IT can set agent governance policy once in its Super Intelligence Control Tower. NVIDIA OpenShell enforces that policy at runtime, and NVIDIA BlueField DPUs enforce it in silicon. The post does not give pricing, plan details or regional availability.
