Oracle Fusion Service added Claw-powered agentic applications for HR on October 21, 2026, at the HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas. The applications run inside Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Each application works toward an outcome that HR leaders set. The agents plan and coordinate the steps, and humans approve the actions before they run. Oracle says the agents act only within the organization's policies and controls.

Named applications include Workforce Orchestration, which builds workforce plans from redeployment, hiring and external talent options. Positions Command Center flags position changes that create staffing conflicts.
