Vendasta adds CRM connector to Claude with 19 tools

Vendasta is now in Claude's connector directory. Users can connect Claude to their Vendasta CRM once and make requests in plain English. Claude can find companies and open deals, create contacts from meeting notes, and update deal fields after a pipeline review.

The connector has 19 tools covering contacts, companies, opportunities, associations and pipelines. Each tool searches, reads, creates or updates records. It cannot delete records. Claude can also search Vendasta's public documentation without a sign-in.

Access uses OAuth, so Claude only sees what the user's Vendasta login allows, across Partner Center or a single account group. Claude asks for confirmation before it writes. Sign-in lasts 7 days. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, a workspace admin may need to enable the connector first.

What it means

If you use Vendasta. Team members can read and write CRM records from Claude, limited to their own Vendasta permissions.
What to do. Connect Claude to Vendasta from the connector directory and sign in with your Vendasta account.
Watch for. Sign-ins expire after 7 days, so users will need to sign in again. Claude Team and Enterprise admins may need to enable the connector first.
