Nutshell says its RingCentral SMS Inbox keeps opt-outs, credits and costs separate from Nutshell SMS. Opt-outs stay scoped to RingCentral. Replies sent through RingCentral do not use Nutshell SMS credits.

Messaging costs stay with the customer's RingCentral plan. Teams that run more than one messaging option get a clear split between the two.
