Nimble MCP connects Nimble to Claude or ChatGPT, so the AI can read contacts and history and update records. It is included in every Nimble plan, with no add-on, upgrade or per-request charge.
The AI reads emails, calls, meetings, notes and tasks for each contact. Users can ask for a pre-meeting briefing or describe a call in one sentence, and the AI logs the summary, sets tasks and reminders, and books follow-ups. A scheduled task can process call transcripts from tools such as Zoom or Otter without manual input.
