A 10-person team pays $350 a month for Attio. That is the Plus plan, ten seats at $35, billed annually. The pricing page makes the rest look as simple, but two things decide what you actually pay: Plus stops at 10 seats, and workflows spend credits that the plan only partly covers.

Below are both effects with numbers, and three teams of ten that end up paying $350, $420 and $1,050 a month.

The seat price

Prices from attio.com/pricing, checked on 6 October 2026:

Plan Annual billing Monthly billing Seats Workspace credits a month
Plus $35 per seat $44 per seat up to 10 1,500
Pro $79 per seat $99 per seat unlimited 10,000

For ten people that is $350 or $790 a month on annual billing, $4,200 or $9,480 a year. Monthly billing costs 25% more: $440 and $990.

Plus lacks three things a sales team may need: sequences, call intelligence and custom objects are Pro only. Plus also caps reports at 15 and lists 1,000 emails a month on the pricing page. If your team needs one of these, the comparison is Pro against another CRM, not Plus.

The eleventh seat

Plus allows 10 seats. When you hire the eleventh person, every seat moves to Pro:

  • 10 people on Plus: $350 a month;
  • 11 people on Pro: $869 a month.

One hire adds $519 a month, $6,228 a year. A team at eight or nine people that plans to grow should price Pro now, before it signs an annual Plus contract.

Credits: the second meter

Attio counts work in credits. Each person gets seat credits for Ask Attio, the built-in assistant: 500 a month on Plus, 1,000 on Pro. Workflows and AI attributes draw on a shared workspace pool: 1,500 a month on Plus, 10,000 on Pro.

What things cost, from Attio's help centre:

  • a workflow step that writes data or calls an integration (create a record, update a field, create a task, send a Slack message): 1 credit per run; triggers, conditions and lookups are free;
  • an AI attribute that summarises or classifies a record: 1 credit per record;
  • a web-agent attribute that researches a company online: 10 credits per record;
  • an Ask Attio question: 10–20 credits for meeting prep, 50–80 for a request like "find customers and draft emails".

When the workspace pool runs short, an admin adds a monthly top-up under Workspace settings → Billing → Manage credits:

Top-up Annual billing Monthly billing
+5,000 credits a month $70 $85
+10,000 $120 $150
+25,000 $260 $330
+50,000 $475 $595

Attio doesn't show a workflow's credit cost while you build it. The way to know is to count the paid steps and the runs, as in the scenarios below.

Three teams of ten

1. CRM as a shared address book: $350 a month. Ten people log deals and notes by hand. Two workflows run: a new deal creates a task for the owner, and a won deal posts to Slack. Each run is one paid step, so 150 new deals and 40 won a month use about 190 credits, well inside the 1,500 on Plus.

2. Every inbound lead researched: $420 a month. Same team, plus 300 inbound leads a month. Each lead runs a workflow with five paid steps (create the person, create the company, assign an owner, notify Slack, create a task) and gets a web-agent attribute that researches the company (10 credits). That is 15 credits a lead, 4,500 a month. Add 1,200 for deal-stage workflows and the team uses about 5,700 credits against 1,500 included. A +5,000 top-up covers it: $350 + $70.

On Pro the same team would pay $790 with no top-up, because 10,000 credits are included. Plus with a top-up stays $370 a month cheaper.

3. AI across the whole database: $1,050 a month. A sales-led team with 1,000 inbound leads a month (15,000 credits), deal workflows (1,200) and an AI attribute that re-scores 5,000 accounts every month (5,000). It needs sequences and call intelligence, so it is on Pro: 21,200 credits against 10,000 included. The +10,000 top-up falls short, so the team buys +25,000: $790 + $260.

What to check before you sign

  1. Headcount in 12 months. If it passes 10, compare Pro prices, not Plus.
  2. Monthly credit use. List each workflow, count the steps that write data or call an integration, multiply by runs a month. Add 10 credits per record for every web-agent attribute.
  3. Pro-only features. Sequences, call intelligence and custom objects decide the plan before price does.
  4. Billing term. Annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly, for seats and top-ups alike, and commits you for the year.
