Sellsy Pricing Explained (2026)

Sellsy sells CRM and invoicing as separate products and as a bundle, and the bundle costs more than buying the two standalone plans — which is not what bundles usually do.

Two products, three ways to buy them

Sellsy's pricing is more complicated than most because it sells two distinct products — Sales and Invoicing — both standalone and bundled, each across three levels.

Standard Evolution Elite
Sellsy Sales €29 €49 €79
Sellsy Invoicing €39 €59 €79
Both bought separately €68 €108 €158
Sales & Invoicing bundle €49 €89 €119
Bundle saving €19 €19 €39

The bundle does save money at every level, but the saving is not proportional — €19 at Standard and Evolution, €39 at Elite. And it comes with a condition the standalone products do not have: a two-user minimum.

That condition inverts the calculation for solo operators. A one-person business wanting both capabilities pays €98/month for two bundle seats at Standard, against €68 for one seat of each standalone product. The bundle is cheaper per seat and more expensive in total.

Do the arithmetic for your specific headcount and tier before assuming the bundle is the right purchase. It usually is, and it is not always.

The VAT question

Sellsy quotes French pricing excluding VAT — HT, hors taxes. For domestic customers that adds 20%.

A €89 bundle seat is €106.80 all in. A ten-person team on Evolution is €1,068 HT, €1,281.60 including VAT. Competitors quoting VAT-inclusive figures will look more expensive than they are unless you normalise.

For VAT-registered businesses the tax is recoverable and the comparison is HT to HT. For anyone not registered, the inclusive figure is the real cost, and it matters.

Cash Flow is a third product

Budget forecasting, multi-scenario analysis, bank synchronisation and expense tracking are not in any tier. They are a separate module from €65/month at Standard, €99 at Evolution, with Elite quoted.

The pricing structure is different too — per account rather than per user. That makes it good value for a team of ten (€6.50 per person at Standard) and expensive for a team of two (€32.50 each).

Businesses evaluating Sellsy specifically for financial visibility should price it as: bundle seats plus Cash Flow. A five-person team on Evolution with Cash Flow is €445 plus €99, or €544/month HT — a very different number from the €89 headline.

The localisation is the product

Sellsy's argument is not that it is a better CRM than Pipedrive or a better invoicing tool than its international competitors. It is that it does quote-to-cash properly for French and francophone SMEs: compliant electronic invoicing, pre-accounting, bank reconciliation, and integration with the accounting practices those businesses actually use.

France's e-invoicing mandate makes that localisation increasingly non-optional rather than merely convenient. A generic international CRM will not handle French compliance requirements, and bolting on a separate compliant invoicing tool reintroduces exactly the data split Sellsy exists to remove.

The corollary is that outside its home markets, most of the reason to choose Sellsy disappears. International buyers comparing it on features alone are missing the point in both directions.

The pricing has changed more than once

Sellsy has restructured from modular pricing to bundled suites over recent years, and comparison sites carry figures from several generations simultaneously. References to €35, €59 and €95 tiers describe a previous structure; the current published rates are the ones above.

This is worth stating plainly because Sellsy is one of the harder products in this category to price from public sources. Verify with the vendor directly, and be specific about which product, which level, how many users and whether the quote is HT or TTC.

Who should buy it

French and francophone SMEs — agencies, consultancies, service businesses, small distributors — that want CRM and compliant invoicing in one system with the local accounting integration intact. The Sales & Invoicing bundle at Evolution is the natural configuration for a team of five or more.

It fits poorly for solo operators, who face the two-user bundle minimum, and for businesses outside francophone markets, where the compliance and accounting localisation that justifies the price simply does not apply. Check go.sellsy.com for current rates, and confirm whether your quote is HT or TTC.

What the pricing page doesn't show

  • The bundle is not a discount at the upper levels. Sales Evolution (€49) plus Invoicing Evolution (€59) is €108 bought separately, against €89 for the bundle — but Sales Elite (€79) plus Invoicing Elite (€79) is €158 against €119, so the saving varies sharply by tier and is worth calculating rather than assuming.
  • The bundle carries a two-user minimum where the standalone products have a one-user minimum. A solo consultant wanting both capabilities pays for two seats.
  • Cash Flow is a separate module from €65/month, not a tier feature. Businesses buying Sellsy for financial visibility need it on top of everything else.
  • Prices are quoted excluding VAT (HT) in the French market, which adds 20% for domestic customers — a material difference when comparing against VAT-inclusive quotes from competitors.
  • Sellsy has restructured from modular pricing to bundled suites over recent years, so review sites and comparison articles carry several generations of conflicting figures. Verify directly.

Frequently asked questions

Should I buy the bundle or the two products separately?
Calculate it — the answer changes by tier. At Evolution, the bundle at €89 beats €108 for the two standalone plans. At Elite, the bundle at €119 beats €158. But at Standard, Sales alone is €29 and Invoicing alone €39, so if you only need one, buying one is obviously cheaper. The bundle also imposes a two-user minimum the standalone plans do not.
Why is there a two-user minimum on the bundle?
Sellsy prices the combined suite for teams rather than individuals. A solo consultant wanting both CRM and invoicing pays for two seats — €98/month at Standard — which is a meaningful penalty. In that situation, buying Sales and Invoicing separately at one seat each (€68) is cheaper and avoids the minimum entirely.
What does the Cash Flow module add?
Budget forecasting, multi-scenario analysis, bank synchronisation and expense tracking, from €65/month at Standard and €99 at Evolution. It is priced per account rather than per user, which makes it good value for a larger team and expensive for a small one. It is not included in any tier.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No — French pricing is quoted HT, excluding VAT, which adds 20% for domestic customers. A €89 bundle seat is €106.80 including VAT. When comparing against competitors quoting VAT-inclusive figures, normalise first.
Why do I see different prices for Sellsy everywhere?
Because the pricing model has been restructured more than once — from modular to bundled suites — and review sites carry figures from several generations. Older references to €35, €59 and €95 tiers describe a previous structure. Verify current rates directly with Sellsy rather than from comparison articles.
Who is Sellsy built for?
French and francophone SMEs that need quote-to-cash in one system, with electronic invoicing and pre-accounting built for local requirements. That localisation — French e-invoicing compliance, bank reconciliation, accounting integration — is the reason to choose it over a generic CRM, and the reason it makes little sense outside its home markets.
