HighLevel now lets AI Studio users connect a Conversation AI agent to a site's live chat widget without leaving AI Studio. Open the site, click More, go to Chat Widgets and jump to the AI agent section. Pick an agent from the Agent dropdown, check its tag conditions and save.
The connected agent appears under Connected agents with its tag conditions, such as Has tag "new lead". The ⋮ menu opens the agent in Conversation AI or removes the connection after a confirmation.
The feature works with live chat widgets only. One agent can be connected from AI Studio, and more agents must be connected from Conversation AI. Tags can't be edited in AI Studio and must be changed in Conversation AI.
