HighLevel adds multiple Facebook accounts per sub-account

HighLevel lets users connect multiple Facebook accounts to one sub-account, each with several Facebook Pages. Teams no longer need to disconnect an integration or switch accounts to reach other Pages.

Lead sync, messaging and automations work across Pages from different Facebook accounts. The feature sits in Labs and must be enabled first: Labs, then 'Facebook marketplace migration & multiple account support'. Shops and Ad Accounts still support only one Facebook account.

Existing Facebook connections move to the Marketplace architecture automatically, and tokens are stored in the Marketplace keychain. Available Pages depend on the permissions granted during Facebook authorization, which follows Meta's requirements. HighLevel plans to unify Facebook connections with Social Planner next.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Teams with several Facebook accounts can manage all their Pages in one sub-account without disconnecting integrations.

What to do. Enable the Labs feature, then connect each extra Facebook account under Settings, Integrations, Facebook.

Watch for. Shops and Ad Accounts stay limited to one Facebook account. Available Pages depend on permissions granted during authorization.
