HighLevel now recommends GPT-6 Sol for prompt-based Conversation AI agents. New agents use GPT-6 Sol by default. Existing agents keep the model they already use.
GPT-6 Sol reaches a 98.4% pass rate on HighLevel's Conversation AI evaluation, up from 96.3% on GPT-4.1. The cost per reply is about the same. Typical generation time is 1.68 seconds.
GPT-5 and GPT-5 Mini are deprecated. Agents on them already run on GPT-6 Sol, with replies up to 4.5 times faster. HighLevel will retire GPT-4.1 in Conversation AI, so GPT-4.1 agents need to switch.
To switch, open AI Agents, go to Conversation AI, and choose GPT 6 Sol from the Model menu on the Build tab. Click Save, then test the agent, because each model writes differently.
