HubSpot announced a restructuring plan with $65 million to $75 million in charges, mostly in Q4, as it reshapes operations for the AI transition, according to 247Wall St. Those charges are excluded from non-GAAP guidance.
HubSpot's Q3 revenue was $947.6 million, up 17% year over year. Its Q4 revenue guidance of $945 million to $947 million implies growth of 12%.
CEO Yamini Rangan said the company is repositioning around AI agents that deliver business outcomes. HubSpot is also retooling its pricing, packaging and go-to-market approach for AI. A recent analyst downgrade had cited uneven small and medium-sized business demand as a risk.
