ServiceNow acquired Israeli startup Sweep, according to CTech, which reported the deal on 3 September. Neither company has disclosed the price. CTech reports Sweep had raised $46 million in total funding, including a $22.5 million Series B in May 2025.
On an earnings call reported by CTech on 1 November, CEO Bill McDermott said the deal lets ServiceNow move customers between CRM systems in 30 to 60 days. CFO Gina Mastantuono said AI-enabled CRM bookings tripled from the previous quarter and a year earlier. CRM and industry workflows appeared in 13 of the quarter's top 20 deals.
CTech describes Sweep's software as an agentic workspace that works across ServiceNow, Salesforce and HubSpot, monitoring metadata and finding misalignments.
