HighLevel adds web search to AI Agent Action

HighLevel lets AI Agent Actions search the internet. Turn on Web search in the new Built-in tools section, which sits below Tools in the action. The agent searches only when a task needs information it does not have.

Users can also paste exact page URLs into the Instructions. The agent reads those pages when a run calls for them. Web search is a premium tool.

It is billed per search on top of the AI Agent Action: 1¢ per search for OpenAI and Claude models, and 1.4¢ per search for Gemini models. Runs without a search cost nothing extra. Web search only finds information, so actions such as Send email still need their own tools. AI image and video generation are coming to Built-in tools soon.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. AI Agent Actions can now search the web and read pages you name, so replies can use current prices and programs.

What to do. Open an AI Agent Action in Workflows, expand Built-in tools and turn on Web search where a task needs it.
