HighLevel adds AI video analysis action to Workflows

HighLevel added an AI Analyze Video action to Workflows under AI Actions. The action sends a public video URL and a prompt to Google Gemini, which watches the video, listens to the audio and returns a text answer for later workflow steps. It is a premium action, and each run carries an extra charge.

Users can pick Gemini 3.8 Flash (default) or Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite. Supported links include public YouTube links and direct MP4, MOV, WebM, MPEG, FLV, WMV and 3GP files. Vimeo and TikTok page links are blocked by those sites, so they will not work.

Cost depends on the model, video length and response length. HighLevel says a 10-minute YouTube video took about 30 seconds to analyze in its tests.

If you use HighLevel. Workflows can now read a video's picture and sound and pass a text answer to later steps. Each run adds a charge.

What to do. Check the extra charge per run before adding the action to a workflow.

Watch for. Vimeo and TikTok page links are blocked, so test with a YouTube or direct file link first.
