HighLevel now lets rental businesses attach optional extras, such as a pet fee, GPS unit or guided tour, to bookings. Customers or admins can add them. Customers pick quantities in a new Add-ons section of the booking widget, and the total updates as they select.
Admins build add-ons once under Calendars → Calendar Settings → Rentals → Add-ons. Each add-on can be attached to many listings. Pricing is either a flat amount or a percentage of the rental subtotal. Flat add-ons can charge once per booking or per hour, day, week or month. A max quantity caps how many of each a customer can select.
Taxes are set per add-on and appear as a separate line on the invoice. Add-ons marked Hide from booking page stay off the widget, but admins can still add them. Admins can also change add-on quantities on existing bookings.
