HighLevel's new Workflows API, now in private beta, lets developers build and manage workflows from their own code. It creates, reads, updates, publishes and deletes workflows. New workflows start as drafts, and developers can search them by name, status, folder or date.

Execution logs show who entered a workflow, what happened at each step and which steps failed, with the error. Statistics count enrollments, completions and failures per step by hour, day or week.

Only selected sub-accounts have access. Others get a 403 error with WORKFLOW_API_NOT_ENABLED_FOR_LOCATION and must contact support to join the beta.
