Oracle launched new Claw-powered agentic applications for customer experience inside Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, announced October 26, 2026 at Oracle AI World. The apps run on Oracle Fusion Claw, a runtime that lets agents plan, compute and execute longer tasks under existing approval controls.
Oracle named three CX apps. Account Territory Growth Plan compares territory scenarios and optimizes coverage within set limits. Service Health Check finds emerging service issues and prepares fixes for review. Strategic Field Demand Planning matches field staff to demand while tracking overtime. A fourth app, for CPQ test-to-production setup and configuration migration, is also listed.
According to Oracle, each app prepares actions and waits for approval before making changes. The source does not give pricing, plan eligibility or release dates.
