Pylon shipped 63 updates last week, including general availability for the CSM & CS Leader Overview. The overview adds a configurable AI command bar and "For You" signals for churn risk, expansion and sentiment.

AI agents now pause and show an in-chat approval card before running tools set to "Needs approval." Admins can approve or deny tool access requests from connector settings. Blocked users see a "Request access" option.

Admins can also restrict login to allowed Slack and Google methods. Other changes include full quoted email history in Customer Portal and a trigger for automations when a Slack channel is renamed.
