HighLevel now lets users search any word or phrase across the Conversations inbox and inside a single conversation. Results appear as you type, with a total count and a preview of the matching message for each contact. The keyword is highlighted.
Cross-conversation search also accepts a contact name, email address or phone number. Clicking a result opens that conversation at the matching message. Inside a thread, every match is highlighted, a counter shows your position (for example 6/6), and up and down arrows jump between matches.
Filters narrow results by date range, channel (Email, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram), direction, owner, attachments and followers. To start, click the search icon above the conversation list.
