HighLevel now lets agencies manage Reviews AI for all sub-accounts from the Agency view. Agencies open Agency → AI Suite → AI Setup and set Reviews AI to Off, Suggestive or Auto responses. They can select one or multiple sub-accounts and change the mode in one step.
Changes that a sub-account makes under Settings → Reviews AI appear in the Agency view automatically. HighLevel says this keeps agency and sub-account settings in sync.
Agencies can also disable Reviews AI for a sub-account at Agency → Sub-Accounts → Features & Limits → Reviews AI. When it is disabled, AI Reply and Regenerate are hidden, and all AI review replies are blocked, including manual, auto and Drip Campaign replies.
