OpenCRM lets teams show more detail for product groups on quotes, sales orders and other records. Populate Group Details creates groups for every product on a quote or sales order automatically.
Each group can show the category, description, discount percentage, total discount, category cost subtotal, subtotal before discount, and subtotal after discount. Margin and discount totals calculate from the product lines. If those lines change, existing groups update when the record is applied or saved.
Users choose which subtotal columns appear through Additional Settings for invoices, purchase orders, quotes and sales orders.
