OpenCRM has introduced a setting that automatically updates product prices whenever a different Price Book is selected. Once enabled, the product grid refreshes instantly to reflect the pricing configured in the newly chosen Price Book, reducing manual edits and helping maintain pricing consistency.
The feature works whether the Price Book is changed manually, through a Jotform submission, or via Workflow automation.
